We are hiring for a Japanese rooted FMCD Firm coming back to India in a big way for a
National Sales Manager - General Trade(FMCD)
To Strategies, plan and assign and direct all work performed and to manage all areas of Sales Planning and operations. This position will manage business growth and workforce, foster a positive environment, and ensure achieving target sales and customer satisfaction . The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities :
- Meeting the National Sales and Distribution targets in line with annual business plan for General Trade category for all Audio and Video and other FMCD goods
- Appoint distributors and direct dealers as per business plans and needs.
- Responsible for market share goals for the states and branches category.
- Responsible for aggressive business expansion and development
- Responsible for sales targets deliverables, P & L and market share goals set out
- Implementation of field marketing activities in the designated area.
- Credit control, receivables management as per the commercial policies
- Leading and grooming the teams
- Keeping track of competition and provide critical inputs to the division on market happenings.
- Regional and Branch managers oversee and are responsible for day-to-day coaching and providing leadership to the team.
- Analyse sales statistics gathered by the team to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
- Monitor customer requirements and response
- Other actives to grow business in various markets
