1) MBA with min 10 years of experience of which past 3-5 years should have been a National/state Role in Sales
2) Proven Track record of managing & growing volume & value through General & Modern Trade in FMCG Space/food processing
3) Sound Understanding of Distribution & Logistics is a must
4) Must have managed large sales teams

A) Business Planning with Top Management team
B) Drive & Manage Revenue Growth
C) Annual Sales Budget & Sales Planning
D) Sales Strategy covering Volume, Value, Channel, SKU & Pricing mix
E) Plan Trade Promotion & BTL Marketing campaigns
F) Sales Team Management
G) Credit & Cost Management for Trade & Channels
H) Technology Adaptation and Implementation in area of work
