Purpose:
- To lead a team in growing business for the firm through Sale & Marketing of its products across the world.
- To direct, manage, mentor and develop a sales team.
Sales and Marketing Planning and Implementation:
- Develop new Sales Strategy, Annual Sales & Marketing plan
- Ensure implementation of new and existing S&M plans for product lines
Customer Satisfaction and Reach:
- Increase in customer base and increase customer retention
- Identify newer markets to tap (local & international)
- Deep mining for existing markets
- Represent Company in Trade Fairs & Increase the brand visibility during trade shows
Client Relationship Building:
- Make On site and Off site visit to clients
- Interaction with existing Clientele on a regular basis
- Identify, network and build existing and new business relationships
Team Management:
- Review team performance and drive individual achievements and improvements
- Hire, groom and mentor team to enhance sales effectiveness
- Develop an eCommerce team
Candidate Specifications:
Qualification: Post graduate in Marketing
Experience: 10 - 15 years of core sales experience.
- Should have managed a team of atleast 10.
- Should have proven sales track record.
- Candidates with a Diamond Industry background will be an added advantage.

- International sales exposure, Knowledge of diamond industry is preferred
