Job Description :
- She will be responsible for managing the region as a Profit Center Head with responsibility of sales, marketing, operations and finance functions
- She will drive volume, market share, as well as draft and implement strategies for revenue enhancement
- This position develops and implements the region's sales plan to enhance business by successfully leading a team to achieve a set target, increase market share, along with effective collaboration with channel - dealers and distributors
- Establishes and manages budgets, forecasts and reports. Scrutinizes regional expenses against budget. Develops cost control mechanisms where necessary
- She will lead the Brand's growth, adoption and stability in the region will be the key focus area for the role holder.
- Works with marketing to influence brand adoption strategy and provide forecasts for fine-tuning the brand positioning in the region.
- Develops sales campaigns to accommodate and accelerate business goals.
- Defines and directs the sales strategy for the region. Leads the strategic development and implementation of sales strategy. Builds strong relationships with key leaders, partners, and clients, internal or external to the organization
- Creates opportunities and identifies high-level competitive/differentiation strategies.
Qualification and Skills :
- 12-15 years of experience in sales in leading FMCG companies, with 3-5 years of leading regional sales
- Experience in managing large teams and driving the regional P&L
- Strong Sales & Marketing Fundamentals
