Description

- Head the Zonal sales for one of the leading Fintechs in India

- Drive sales through a team of regional managers across the board

- Work directly with the COO of the company to drive sales and distribution

- Manage a team of regional and city heads

- Drive quarterly and annual targets for the firm

- Work very closely with the product and marketing teams

Profile

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/FMCG/FMCD/Telecom

- Leadership experience in sales for a Telecom/FMCG/Financial Services firm

- Great presentation skills

- Great leadership skills

- Looking for only female candidates for this role
