Job Profile Summary : This position will be responsible for following : - Heading sales both domestic and exports businesses having business revenue of over Rs. 3000 crore / annually. - Lead and strengthen sales &amp; exports logistics team of about 50 team members - Strengthen sales systems &amp; policies for better customer service - Suggest and implement various business initiatives leading to business growth - Candidate should have minimum of 18 years of experience in leading sales (preferably B2B) of alteast Business volume who handling Rs.1000 crore annually. - Good exposure of domestic and exports markets is imperative. - Strong exposure of sales operations is essential. - Strong inter-personal and communication skills. - Candidate should be highly result-oriented and should have worked in a high pressuried business environment - Ability to lead / guide team of professionals
