Position: Sales Head - Distilling & Bioenergy, South Asia

Experience: 12 to 20 yrs

Location: Bangalore

CTC: 40 to 50 lacs

Company: A leading MNC Biotechnology Company

Sales / Commercial Head is Responsible for developing and executing targeted strategies that evolve, expand, and sustain strong business growth within Distilling and Bioenergy segment for South Asia.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leading an ambitious Techno Commercial team

- Commercial Growth Strategy - Development and Implementation

- Establishing relation with Industry stakeholders, decision makers and C- level

- Driving customer engagement in collaboration with Marketing and techno commercial team

- Develop Go to market/partner strategies, business model innovation, digital engagement and enabling a solution provider position

- Deliver on pipeline and translate N2M innovation to sales growth

- Collaboration/partnering for new business development with regional partners/customers

- Commit to be held accountable for living key leadership principles, driving purposeful behavior

In this position, you need:

- University degree or equivalent qualification in business or science/ engineering, preferably with an MBA

- Minimum12+ yrs of exp with 3-5 years of relevant job experience in leadership position, preferably in chemical or biochemical sciences and with good knowledge about Grain & Molasses Distilling (1G biofuels) as well as of Biomass (2G biofuels).

- Experience/Exposure to industrial enzymes and Distilling/Bioenergy preferred

- Strong drive, responsible, goal-oriented, well organized and self-motivated, being able to develop business independently

- Account management skills, demonstrated sales and people management skills with proven track record of achieving top-line and bottom-line goals

- Proven ability to lead and coach, capable of motivating and empowering team members

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Strategic mindset, Ability to engage and build strong relationship with key stakeholders including R&D, sales and marketing teams - internally and at key customers.

- Fluency in English (written/spoken). Fluency in Hindi will be an advantage.

Location & Reporting line

This job will be located at Bangalore, India and reports to Business Director of Agriculture and Industry Biosolution, India
