Hiring for Sales Head for leading Digital Claims Management Platform Organization Based out of Bangalore
Location: Bengaluru or Mumbai
Role Mandate:
- The Sales Head will be part of the Executive Management team and involved in key decision-making and strategy of the organization.
- He / She will be responsible for building out the network of various healthcare participants starting with Hospitals.
- The candidate will have to build a high-performance team. He / She will set and achieve ambitious goals for the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will develop and execute a comprehensive GTM plan by market/segment including business model development and pricing strategy.
- He / She will define and implement a sales strategy for building long-lasting relationships with key personnel in health ecosystem players in India across hospitals, insurance companies, pharma, digital intermediaries medical tech companies, etc.
- The incumbent will be responsible for forging partnerships that will add value to the network that is being developed.
- He / She will acquire new customers and develop existing accounts.
- Identify and sell new sources of Data monetization
- Develop and monitor data-driven success metrics in collaboration with the Product function to maximize usage of the Organization network and platform
- Identify companies that could be potential acquisition targets.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations engagement
- Lead and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations to a broad range of audience
Candidate Success Profile:
- The ideal candidate should be passionate to solve healthcare problems and contribute to developing and selling solutions that can ease the pains of the industry.
- Experience in building a large network is essential.
- Healthcare network buildout is highly preferable, especially selling into the long tail of smaller hospitals.
- Experience of a Pharma or MedTech company where it involves dealing with small Owner led hospitals in tier-3 and tier-4 will be a strong plus.
- Should have sold at senior level at CXO and Board level for large enterprises
Experience & Qualification:
- Preferably an Engineer- MB
- Experience in dealing with the Indian Government is desirable
- Demonstrated account mining experience
- Fair understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape and what is going on.
- 12 to 14 years of experience having sold into 1 or more areas of healthcare preferably insurance and hospitals.
- The sales experience should be in serving clients in India
- Solution sales experience is a significant plus
- Experience preferably should be in both corporates and early-stage companies where one should have been a part of the team building and building the network from scratch.
