Principal Duties and Responsibilities -
this is a role to Head the India sales operation to Sell Data Science, Big Date services. We are not looking for an IT sales person or a Sales person. Specific experience of more than 1.5 years in selling Big data science services is MANDATORY.
- Ability to interact with - C- level client executives with credibility and business acumen
- Vertical market expertise in at least one, but preferably more than one industry that could use COMPANY capabilities
- Understand COMPANY technical roadmap and be able to clearly explain it to prospects
- Excellent proposal-writing
- Strong track record in winning enterprise software contracts in Data science/ sophisticated technology areas
- Self-directed management of all stages of sales cycle
- Provide feedback to Marketing, Engineering and Product Management regarding business intelligence, competition, market demands, trends, new product ideas, etc.
- Create, organize, and deliver presentation of COMPANY's value proposition at appropriate forum - in person meetings, trade shows, speaking engagements
Required Skills and Experience -
- Engineering Degree and work experience in software, engineering, mathematics, Data Sciences.
- Minimum 12 years - experience in Business Development or complex enterprise software sales
