Objective: The company is looking for a seasoned professional who can take up the role of the Sales Head of the Corporate and Marine vertical of the company. This individual should be able to own the entire territory and be responsible for relationships with corporates, driving sales and account management, managing the working capital/collections and being responsible for the overall profitability of the division.

This role requires deep understanding and experience in the corporate travel industry. This individual should bring fresh strategic thinking to the business and be a key thought partner to the SBU Head

Qualifications/skill sets:

- Minimum 10 plus years of Corporate & Marine Sales experience

- Highly networked with Corporates, Marketing Heads

- Good Negotiation and Closing skills with a strong emphasis on Client relationship management

- Excellent communication, multitasking skills and problem-solving ability

- Excellent computer skills and analytical ability

Responsibilities

- Prospecting and researching new accounts and leads to target for potential analysis.

- Responsible for generating revenues by bringing corporate & marine sales business from acquiring new corporate accounts & retaining existing corporate with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets & growth.

- Interfacing with corporate clients for ascertaining requirements, making a travel destination presentation and deliver need-based economical and innovative service plans.

- Developing relationships with decision-makers in target organizations & associations for business development.

- Devising a marketing budget and preparing a sales forecast plan.

- Devising business development strategies to build customer preference & augmented marketing evolution of international/domestic markets.

- Represent the Company in various trade shows, events, and conferences to create branding & generate potential leads.

- Building and maintaining a healthy business relationship with corporate clients (existing & potential clients), ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction by achieving timely delivery & service quality norms.

- Negotiate with Clients on cost estimation and budget to ensure good results & maximum profitability.

- Act as a single point of contact between the client and the internal team.

- Communicating client's objectives and unique requirements to implementation, Operations, Finance and IT Team on an ongoing and regular basis.
