CV Designer - A DAYS Group Initiative is a market leader in the resume and content writing space. As part of the expansion plans for this year, we are looking for the one to head our sales efforts in reaching out to the B2C and D2C segment of the market through the traditional and digital marketing efforts. We are looking for a professional with strong sales background in the B2C segment with in-depth market knowledge of the employment and content space
Roles Responsibilities -
Design and implement a scalable sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing to drive the sales strategy and target the potential audience base. Implement and measure the success of the sales strategy. Foray into new markets and verticals to expand the customer base. Articulate and train the stakeholders on these strategies.
Continuously iterate on and improve upon sales processes.
- Define and streamline the day-to-day operating model of the team members. Be the ultimate champion of the sales process, ensuring that the process is followed across the team and strive for continuous improvement.
Hit sales quotas
The incoming sales head should be expected to motivate their team of sales executives and managers to hit the quotas set during each sales period and not only strive to hit these quotas but exceed them on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Ability to gamify the process for sales team, ensuring that the team is driven to succeed.
Mentor and train the sales team
- Help the sales team develop their skills, through feedback, coaching and periodical performance management reviews, goal setting and directing.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new salespeople
- Take responsibility of building your own team through the potential talent pool in the market. Build the hiring plans around the sales forecast.
Create sales forecasts
- Creating sales forecasts based on the annual targets and historical data, market conditions and the organizational objectives. Driving the team to meet the set goals.
Analyze performance data
- Analyze performance / productivity metrics to arrive at data-driven decisions and provide the necessary coaching to the team to bring them on par with each other. Also use this data to arrive at hiring plans and performance parameters for the subsequent months.
