Job Description :

- Associate Director(Sales Head - North) responsible for leasing workstations in different properties across North India

- Achieving sales targets through team and maintain relations with clients and channel partners

Client Details : The client is an upcoming Organization providing premium managed office spaces

Description :

As an Associate Director - Sales, you will be responsible for :

- Ensure occupancy of properties and lead a team to achieve workstation-sales targets

- Overall tenant and lease management for all existing and future commercial properties across North India

- Manage all tenant relationships and be the single point contact for tenant related issues

- Build and manage a network of Channel Partners and customers

- Identify leads, manage all channel partners, brokers and international property consultants (IPC's)

Profile :

- 8-12 years experience working in North India Commercial Real Estate

- Office Leasing/Tenant representation experience preferably with an reputed property consulting firm or a premium co-working setup

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- In-depth knowledge of Real estate property development and management
