We are currently hiring for a Sales Leader for Bangalore Unit to Head Sales & Operations for a Design firm.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the Centre's strategic plans in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Identify & exploit new business opportunities.
- Operational Management: Oversee day to day operations ensuring efficient & effective functioning of the centre.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive Sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Relations: Ensuring high levels of Customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
- Performance Milestones: Managing KPI's for the team by setting monthly and quarterly sales target
Skills & Education:
MBA full time with 15 years' experience in managing sales with experience in managing P&L and Budgeting.
