Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting ambitious yet achievable targets.
2. Market Expansion:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth within the EdTech sector (K12).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
3. Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.
4. Client Acquisition:
- Drive the acquisition of new B2B clients through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
5. Revenue Generation:
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the EdTech market.
2. Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the EdTech sector (K12), market trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Leadership Skills:
- Proven track record of successfully leading and growing sales teams.
