Key Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of sales experience in B2B preferably in IT or EdTech Industry, mainly catering to clients in IT sector with a very strong network with CHRO/HR Head/L&D Head
- Profiles from other sectors but with good network in CHRO/HR Head/L&D Head of IT Sector companies can also be considered
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong analytical, networking, leadership and management skills
- Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job
- Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment
- Along with in-depth experience in B2B Sales, few years of experience in B2C Sales would be good to have
Qualification
- Graduate; MBA preferred
- Graduation in IT/Computer Science would be good to have but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- New business development involving prospect development
- Research and build relationships with new clients, mainly CHRO/HR Head/L&D Head in IT Sector companies
- Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations
- Plan approaches and pitches for corporates and institutes
- Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
- Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in the preparation of proposals
- Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues on a timely, reliable, and consistent basis
- Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities
- Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development
- Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger
- Own up the overall training and quality of the sales teams. Provide training interventions, feedbacks in coordination with the Product team
