Job Title: General Manager - BU Head

Base Location : Vadodara / Bharuch

Areas to be covered: South Gujarat, Mumbai, and MP Territory

Reporting To: CEO

Industry: Electrical, Automation, and Industrial Solutions

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager - BU Head to lead our business operations across South Gujarat, Mumbai, and Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving key business objectives, driving consistent growth, developing high-performance teams, and strengthening relationships with customers and Schneider's local and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Performance:

- Meet and exceed the company's Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

- Drive Year-on-Year (YoY) growth in revenue, profitability, and market share.

- Identify and develop new business applications and opportunities.

Customer & Market Development:

- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and derive strategy for deeper penetration in the geography.

- Promote core products while also focus on cross-selling and upselling other company offerings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Principal company's local and head office teams to align business strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and motivation among team members.

- Develop and mentor the sales, technical, and support teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or General Management, preferably in the Electrical, Automation, or Industrial Solutions sector.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer development.
