- Target to build an ecosystem for the Zone which can contribute towards the growth of student recruitment in the Zone

- Meet annual Zonal targets of tie- ups and MOUs with educational institutions for student placements

- Build and implement outreach strategies in the zone to maximize the reach to the target audience.

- Building & maintaining relationships with schools and colleges across the zone by having a strong working relationship with key decision makers of the institutes.

- Driving, nurturing, and maintaining alliances with premium institutes and having strategic relationship with them, helping the offices to benefit from these alliances.

- Advise and support the office business development teams by aligning them with the Zonal strategies and targets.

- Efficient implementation of operational initiatives such as Local institution activities, educational conferences, presentations in schools and colleges, open houses, participation in career fairs etc. to maximize the reach to the target audience.

- Arranging support from marketing, Client Relations teams in conducting for branch level activities.

- Organizing engagement activities with partner educational institutions to support in requirement, like fairs, webinars etc.

- Preferred strategic partner and achieve annual targets of MOUs
