Their technology ecosystem serves 2000+ brands globally with cutting-edge supply chain management tools.


About the Role


We're seeking a Sales Expert to drive revenue growth for our client's B2B supply chain SaaS portfolio (WMS, TMS, and related solutions) in non-retail sectors including manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and 3PL companies.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:


- Develop tailored sales strategies for manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and 3PL sectors


- Ensure product-market fit while aligning with business objectives


- Create roadmaps for penetrating priority verticals and securing growth Revenue & Business Growth


- Own P&L responsibility for supply chain solutions in non-retail markets


- Drive revenue through high-value enterprise client acquisition


- Build strong pipeline of prospects across industrial hubs in India


Industry-Specific Solution Selling:


- Create value propositions tailored to specific industry needs


- Adapt sales approaches to address unique sector requirements


- Collaborate on customizing solutions for industry-specific workflows


Team Leadership & Development


- Build and mentor high-performing sales team for industrial sectors


- Implement effective sales methodologies and performance tracking


- Foster continuous learning and excellence within the team


Client Relationship Management:


- Establish relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers


- Position yourself as a trusted advisor for sector-specific challenges


- Drive customer satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities


Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:


- Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance market reach


- Develop alliances with complementary technology providers


- Create joint initiatives to accelerate growth in target sectors


Market Intelligence & Reporting:


- Monitor industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities


- Provide insights to guide strategic decision-making


- Deliver performance reports with analysis of key metrics


Qualifications:


Must Have:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field


- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in manufacturing or related industries


- Prior experience with WMS/TMS solutions specifically


- Strong understanding of supply chain operations


- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms


Nice to Have:


- MBA or advanced degree


- Experience building and leading sales teams


- Network of contacts in target industries
