What you'll do:
- A Rain-maker who assesses client's needs and brings out best solutions by promoting the product
- Collaborates with the Marketing team on lead quality and conversion
- Effectively map out large accounts and interface with VP and C-Level contacts
- Collaboratively and independently designs and implements solutions for solving deal-level challenges
- Demonstrate full sales cycle skills from research and discovery to software demonstrations to pricing negotiations and conversions.
- Effectively map out large accounts and interface with VP and C-Level contacts
- Implement sales strategy ensuring the company meets revenue and profit objectives through new business development
- Work with the Founder's team and the Internal team to solve prospect needs and issues in the spirit of true team selling
- Strategically cut through layers/ barriers to getting to multiple decision-makers and departments within an account
- "Multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
What you bring to the table:
- Qualifications: IIT/IIM from reputed universities
- 2-7 years experience in SaaS/B2B/Enterprise technology/ Corporate technical sales
- Minimum 2 years experience in Enterprise Product/ SaaS/Business to Business sales. Management experience is a plus
- A self-driven individual with a desire for success who can spot new opportunities and would be ever ready to experiment with out of box methodologies
- Proven "hunter" track record of consistently over-performing quota and ranking in the top-tier of the sales force
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Strong VP, C-level and board member level communication skills
- Highly motivated and ambitious
