Looking for a sales Expert, experienced in selling ERP/online assessment tools etc to HR or similar Companies, who can join immediately.

Experience : 2 - 6 Years (2+ years of HR consulting or HR product / service sales)

Job Description : The Sales Team is responsible for the company’s assessment sales to companies. As Sales Manager you will drive India sales activities with key corporates by identifying their requirements and offering our product mapped to those requirements. Through this, you will consistently exceed overall monetization and quarterly revenue goals.

Key responsibilities :

- Contribute to the development of the sales plan.

- Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners.

- Develop and grow repeat business from existing companies.

- Manage company relationships to quarterly revenue and monetization targets.

- Provide world-class customer support

- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new assessment opportunities that meet client needs.

- Help create, and execute new assessment creation efforts to exceed client expectations

- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the executive team.

- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.

- Drive awareness of assessment platform within the HR and education community in India.

Additional Qualifications :

- Deep network of C-Level and HR relationships with companies across India.

- Significant and extensive work experience in HR consulting or HR product / services and sales

- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential.

- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans through strong client relationships, resulting in consistently exceeding goals.

- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.

- Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail.

- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
