- Build and enhance existing information security documentation
- Respond to Organization information security items on RFPs/RFQs/RFIs
- Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions as a Solution Consultant by using industry knowledge and understanding to move deals forward.
- Be an expert to determine technical and functional requirements, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and organized prior to producing a solution.
- Present and explain technical and strategic concepts to prospects so that they understand the business impact of proposed solutions.
- Know about L&D and HRIS integrations
- Gather customer technical requirements for review and development of the customer strategy
- Work closely with the sales and other cross-functional teams on proposals, pitches, RFPs, business cases, etc. This includes in-person and virtual demos, deep-dives and workshops.
- Navigate and interface with complex, international, Global 2000 companies, often highly matrixed in their organizational structure
- Proactively maintain high-level of knowledge about the product and customer industries
- Responsible for technical handover between pre-and post-sales
- Use storytelling skills to paint a picture of a future state employing EdCast solutions that helps prospects and customers achieve their desired goals
- Stay abreast of trends in learning and development, talent development, and human Capital
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role(SAAS)
- Information Security experience including common industry standards and frameworks
- Computer Science degree or equivalent mastery
- Ability to craft and deliver a compelling message tailored for the audience
- An understanding of SaaS information security and cloud architecture
- An understanding of LTI & xAPI
