- Excite and convince customers on EdGE technical prowess
- Build strong relationships with senior technical & functional stakeholders
- Translate customer business workflows to EdGE technical solutions
- Define technical account strategies, and remove every technical roadblock
- Deliver product demos, and handle technical Q&A
- Scope, run, measure, and drive Proof of Concepts to success
- Respond to functional & technical RFIs/RFPs
- Travel throughout the sales territory (30%)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of sales engineering experience in Enterprise SaaS
- Ability to engage effectively with CXOs, VPs, Managers, Individual Contributors
- Strong technical fundamentals in cloud technologies and enterprise systems
- Ability to manage fast iterations, and juggle multiple engagements/projects
- Excellent listening, analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in Human Capital Management & AI space is a plus
