We are seeking a highly driven Sales Enablement Specialist to empower the sales and customer success teams of an Enterprise B2B SaaS start-up; which offers a future-proof Retail Media Operating System - boosting e-tailer's profitability.
In your role, you will ensure the sales and partner teams put their best foot forward in every conversation-empowering them with the right insights, collateral, strategy, and execution to drive revenue and impact! You will empower our sales and customer success teams with the tools, resources, and strategies to engage prospects, close deals, and drive revenue. You'll collaborate across teams to create impactful sales materials, refine messaging, and enhance content effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Support & Collateral Creation: Provide operational resources and support for the sales and business development teams by leveraging existing collaterals and developing new ones based on business teams' requirements.
- Sales & Customer Success Support: Equip the sales and customer success teams with the resources and content needed for deal closures and effective cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients needs to assist with sales strategies and materials. Identify potential clients, events, stakeholders, and conduct geo & client mapping. Maintain an updated database of relevant contacts.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain our internal CRM tool, Pipedrive, and ensure Pipedrive hygiene by keeping all data updated and accurate.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all sales enablement content.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit materials to ensure accuracy, branding, and adherence to company standards.
- Responding to RFPs: Collaborate with pre-sales to craft winning responses to client RFPs, increasing the likelihood of securing deals.
- Analyze Content Effectiveness: Measure the impact of sales materials on deal success and iterate based on insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales enablement, B2B SaaS sales, or marketing.
- Proven experience creating impactful sales collateral and messaging strategies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, adtech, or retail media.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and CRM software.
Note: This role requires working from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders based in the US, necessitating overlapping shift timings.
