Role : Sales Enablement Practitioner
Role Description : Support sales on a dedicated basis, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure, and/or driving and managing programs to improve sales performance, efficiencies and outcomes.

- Strong experience in presales/proposal authoring / proposal architecting function for deals have leadership, problem solving & decision making abilities
- Ability to establish & maintain personal credibility with subject matter experts/proposal authors be able articulate responses effectively by taking inputs from subject matter experts. to craft winning proposals by effectively collaborating with key deal team members
- Strong exposure & understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc).
- Presales/proposal development function including strong understanding primarily of Application Outsourcing and/or System Integration concepts.
- Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational& comm skills
- Analytical thinking, interpersonal effectiveness & positive attitude .to manage multiple service requests at the same time at high speed to ensure timely completion of accurate deliverables
- Experience in writing proposals in Chemicals, Natural Gas
Edu Qualification : BE/B. Tech or MBA
