Job Responsibilities-

Sales Delivery:-

- Generating Leads: Do market research and generate leads to accelerate account growth

- Taking Appointments: The successful candidate should be a good conversationalist, interested in talking to clients and have ability in engaging and setting up client meetings

- Meeting Prospective Clients and giving Presentations: Excellent relationship building skills to form collaborative strategic alliances within HR & Procurement levels of any organization.

- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently for preparing solution proposals and presentations.

- Cracking Deals with strong Negotiations: Ability to understand client requirements and help firming up proposals with solid negotiation and closing skills

- Prepare documentation for RFI/RFP/RFQ’s for all the solution offering and secure appropriate approvals before sending commercial proposals to customers.

- Provide pre-sales support, post-sales support and sales enablement for all clients

Business Growth:-

- Pre-sales planning for new client engagements and management, facilitate sales pitch with market intelligence and data mining from industry opportunities.

- Increase organizational profitability & deliver cost effective Solution suited to customer requirement and responsible for Individual and Team Targets.

- Maintain knowledge and awareness of competitors’ products, pricing and overall strengths and weaknesses.

- Maintain updated sales funnel and participate in regular sales reviews with the Reporting Manager/Management.

Client Management:-

- Ensure high level of interaction and integration with client to drive business for the entity as a whole.

- Responsible for Client retention management by ensuring a Business Continuity Plan is in place for all Clients.

- Work in conjunction with the Client Relationship team on new projects to ensure smooth transition of processes.

- Engage at all levels of client hierarchy and resolve any conflict arising out of client interaction.

Deliverable:-

- Strategize, develop and implement sales plans, prospects / identify the winning opportunities, for the services offered to achieve business targets.
