Job description:

- Responsible for the implementation of educational workshops and instructional materials for the independent sales force, ensuring overall quality, effectiveness and consistency.

- Conducts educational sessions on business procedures, skin care classes, product knowledge, selling and team building skills and techniques, color, image and special promotion/informational presentations for sales force and management.

- Developing new markets.

- Accountable for Recruitment activity and targets.

- works with the Sales force to establish guest event plan, targets and ensures plans are implemented and regular, periodic reviews are done to keep sales force on track for achievement of targets.

- Establishes strong rapport with the sales force to ensure continued feedback regarding the effectiveness of current educational tools and potential information needs.

- Conducts counseling for Consultants , team leaders and builders to ensure progress up the career path.

- Provides feedback to other departments within the organization regarding concerns and suggestions expressed by the sales force related to educational programs and events.

- Handles consultant related complaints & lead allocation /tracking for improvement of consultant opportunity

- Meeting planning, event coordination, communication and implementation with staff members and vendors.

Education Knowledge & Experience :

- University graduate with 4– 5 years of experience.

- Job requires a Bachelor degree in administration, communication, education, marketing or equivalent plus 1-3 years experience preferably in direct-selling sales education.

- Good organizational Skills are required to communicate both verbally and in writing with sales force members and with other departments to exchange information and resolve problems.

- Willingness to travel at least 50-60% of the time.

- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point required

- Incumbent must be detail-oriented and have good interpersonal and organizational skills.
