For more details on what we do, you can look up our website https://www.salesduo.com Role Overview We are looking for a data-driven, creatively minded Advertising Manager who can own end-to-end campaign execution across multiple digital platforms, unlock new revenue opportunities for our customers, and act as a strategic partner to our Product, Creative, and Account teams. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns including workflow planning, timelines, asset development, and budget tracking. - Obtain internal and external approvals; communicate campaign plans and status updates to all relevant stakeholders. - Identify and propose new strategic opportunities across advertising platforms to drive customer revenue growth. - Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Account Management, Product, etc.) to ensure campaigns align with customer goals and marketing plans. - Deliver high-quality ad assets on time by coordinating effectively with creative teams and prioritizing based on business needs. - Monitor campaign performance regularly and provide feedback and insights to enhance results. - Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign issues; publish actionable insights and data-backed recommendations. - Lead process improvement initiatives and advocate for adoption of new advertising technologies to streamline operations. - Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous learning. - Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and marketplace regulations, especially within the US advertising ecosystem. Required Qualifications - Great pedigree: 2+ years of progressive experience in digital advertising or performance marketing within recognized agencies or high-growth brands. - Multi-platform mastery: Hands-on management of Meta, Google, Amazon Ads is mandatory; TikTok, LinkedIn are a plus. - Marketplace expertise: Demonstrated success scaling programs in the U.S. market (understanding of marketplace nuances etc.). - B2B and B2C exposure: Proven ability to flex between lead-gen funnels and direct-to-consumer e-commerce objectives. - Communication: Crisp written and verbal skills; able to simplify complexity for senior execs and coach non-technical partners.
