Description :
- The organization operates in 3 segments - SMB, Enterprise and National (Strategic) Accounts. The role involves leading the National Accounts business in India which contributes 60% to the India business
- You will own the P&L responsibility of the National (Strategic) Accounts BU by leading a team of 4 Sales Managers pan India
- Own 60% of the India business revenue - drive growth to increase market share
- Lead a team of Sales managers
- Capitalize on your CXO relationships to bring net new business
- Build the Outbound Sales Strategy for India business
- Penetrate the IT/ITeS Industry segment to position the value proposition of your product
- Exposure to pan India customers (preferably IT/ITeS and BFSI)
- Managing a sizeable team of 3-4 Sales managers for past 4-5 years
- Collectively handling a sizeable portfolio of 13-15 enterprise accounts contributing multi million dollar business
- Adept in Value selling methodology
- Ability to execute shorter sales cycles of 2-3 months and build traction in accounts month on month
- Experience in product technology firms; IT services experience not preferred
