We have an urgent opening with one of our esteemed client in power industry

Position: Sales Director - Steam Turbine

Location: Bangalore

Company: Power industry

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience: 20 + yrs

Job Profile:

- In this position the incumbent will be responsible for developing the go to market plan in order to build $500 MM platform, working closely with the: other RGMs in order to to coordinate commercial efforts and leverage existing relationship with EPC and local Industrial Power Generation (IPG) players; Applied Technology team in order to provide feedback and input to optimize our products.

- The incumbent will be requested to identify key industries and Customers to commercialize new steam turbine products.

- Direct reports would be: Commercial Managers & Application Engineers; Dedicated IPG Sales Team; Marketing Leader

In this role, you will also:

- Develop a global segment analysis to understand the market landscape and identify specific targets and opportunities;

- Be accountable for executing business strategy and driving commercialization;

- Manage tangible financial performance and deliver on operating plan commitments;

- Establish and maintain leadership relationships with senior executives of key customers and partners, governments, financing organizations and other stakeholders;

- Establish/refine the integration vision and set clear roles, responsibilities and accountability for the role. Lead the initiative in implementing the integration plan.

- Effectively interact with and leverage key resources in Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales, Legal and other functions to ensure support and successful execution of the integration plan goals and objectives.

Requirements/Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

- Proven commercial and leadership track record to drive global growth, including sales, marketing, operational and technical competencies with significant customer exposure at senior executive level.

- Experience in building and working with partners to execute organization strategy.

- Experience leading global cross business teams in a matrix environment; demonstrated success in creating a global strategy and driving implementation.
