About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Pharmaceuticals company with a wide portfolio of products across medical supplies, medical equipment and pharmaceuticals. With presence over 35 countries, they have over 30000 employees. A strong brand name coupled with an intensive focus on R&D, has put our client ahead of competition. With a recent shift in focus on emerging markets, Our client has entered Indian market and is looking for an individual who can drive the sales of their brand in the market.
Job Description - Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue targets across channels in the Indian market
- Build a sales strategy for distribution of the products
- Choose strategic channel partners to expand the distribution network
- Set-up and build a team of active individuals to drive the business
- Effective promotion of the products across all the channels
The Successful Candidate - You will be a Science Graduate, preferably B.Pharm with an MBA from Tier-1 B-School. You will have relevant Pharmaceutical sales experience of minimum 12 years. You will be a motivational leader and a hard working individual. You will be good at communication skills and an achiever.
