About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in the payment services industry
Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO of the organisation, you will be responsible for the entire sales organisation of more than 40 people. You will lead the efforts both in new client acquisition as well as key account management. You will have a high degree of autonomy while making the required decisions and changes to substantially increase the revenue base of the organisation.
The role will involve substantial travel within the country and working closely with the regional sales heads. You will also work closely with the CFO and support functions to drive an efficient business growth model. There will also be a need for regular reporting and planning on the budget.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for high-potential individuals with the following attributes
- At least 8 - 10 years experience in the payment services industry
- MBA from top-tier business school
- International work experience would be a significant advantage
- Track record of success at a Pan-India level
- Highly entrepreneurial and commercially savvy individual
- Willing to travel frequently within the country
- Excellent communication skills
