Sales Director - Impact and CSR - Mumbai/ Delhi
As a Sales Director-Impact and CSR, you will:
1. Conceptualize and execute impact campaigns with brands, foundations, and all other potential clients
2. Build solid relationships with all large CSR teams and foundations to attain large-scale campaigns for The Better India.
3. Drive successful collaborations for purpose-led campaigns for clients.
4. Monitor, implement and report on the progress of the impact campaigns
5. Establish TBI firmly as a thought leader in the CSR / Development / Sustainability eco-system by developing IPs and campaigns with the marketing and editorial teams, participating in relevant events, applying for awards, and more.
Our ideal colleague will :
1. Have worked in the space of impact consulting, impact investing or CSR projects
2. Have developed and executed end-to-end impact projects in the space of social change, sustainability and more
3. Well-versed with impact measurement and reporting in the development sector
4. Deeply connected in the Development Sector
5. A Masters from a Tier-1 MBA institute or equivalent Social Science degree
