Job Description - Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Delivering sales by developing relationships with retail partners.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business
- Taking responsibility for profit and loss
- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
- Provide direction to your department.
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA from Tier-1 B-School and 12-15 years post MBA experience in the Medical Equipment industry. You would have consistently been a top performer and entrepreneurial in nature. You will be an exceptional leader with excellent communication skills.
