About our Client - Our client is an established player in the FMCG sector. Recognized as an innovator, they have a wide range of products. They are one of the largest beverage company in the world. With an employee friendly culture, they are currently looking for a sales director.
Job Description - Reporting into the Country Head, you will be responsible for- Creating and Driving the sales strategy of the organization.
- Achieving Business Plan Targets to contribute to the profitability & market share
- Looking at the go to market strategy of the organization
- Achieving other targets of Business Plan through pricing strategy & budget management
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure there are synergies between the two functions.
The Successful Candidate - You must be a B.Tech and have an MBA from a Top tier B-school.You should have 15+ years post MBA experience in sales management and strategy. You should be coming from the FMCG industry. You must have prior exposure setting up/ revamping the distribution of a large setup.You should have excellent interpersonal skills and should be strong at strategic thinking.
