Director Sales - Cyber Security.
A Sales leader with results-driven, self-motivated, and well-connected individual to lead our sales efforts across the India and APAC region.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity sales, a proven track record of closing large deals, and the ability to build strong personal relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs and partners.
The Opportunity:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the India and APAC region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise-level accounts and large deals.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their unique cybersecurity needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, presenting tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with their business goals.
Partnership Management:
- Leverage relationships with OEMs like Google, Microsoft, and other key partners to drive joint sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with channel partners to expand reach and maximize revenue opportunities.
Lead Generation and Deal Closure:
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, industry events, and other channels.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
Market Insights:
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
What you need:
- 15+ years of proven sales experience in the cybersecurity domain.
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise security solutions, including MXDR, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, and Data Security.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Ability to generate and qualify leads, develop a robust sales pipeline, and deliver results.
- Expert-level understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and market trends.
- Well-connected with key OEMs and partners in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Results-oriented and self-driven individual with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
