Job Description:


- We are seeking a highly motivated OEM Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the adoption of Wyzard.ai's AI-powered agentic market copilot platform among Software OEMs.

- This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new OEM partnerships by showcasing the value of our AI-driven sales and marketing automation solutions.

- The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about SaaS sales, AI-driven engagement, and B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibility:

OEM Prospecting & Lead Generation:

- Identify and research Software OEMs that can benefit from Wyzard.ai's agentic platform.

- Develop targeted outreach lists based on market intelligence and industry trends.

- Leverage cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with OEM decisionmakers.

- Drive top-of-funnel activity to generate new business opportunities.

Solution Selling & OEM Engagement:

- Educate potential OEM partners on the value of Wyzard.ai's AI-powered sales and marketing automation.

- Conduct discovery calls and product demos to showcase platform capabilities.

- Address OEMs' challenges and position Wyzard.ai as a revenue-accelerating solution.

- Personalize engagement strategies to resonate with different OEMs' business models.

Lead Qualification & Conversion:

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess partnership viability.

- Move prospects through the sales pipeline by nurturing relationships and handling objections.

- Collaborate with the Partnerships and Leadership teams to drive contract closures.

- Hit and exceed monthly targets for OEM acquisition and platform adoption.

Meeting Coordination & Follow-Ups:

- Schedule and facilitate meetings between OEM prospects and Wyzard.ai leadership.

- Maintain structured follow-ups to accelerate deal closures.

- Provide strategic insights and feedback to refine sales outreach and messaging.

Management & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM

- Number of outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn).

- Scheduled meetings and demos.

- Lead progress and pipeline status.

- Any challenges, objections, and competitor insights.

- Track and report on sales performance, outreach effectiveness, and conversion metrics.

- Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems and different software categories.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with OEMs.

- Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and relationship building.

- Experience in handling partnership documentation (NDAs, agreements, contracts).

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
