Job Description:
We are actively seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our growing team as Sales Development Representatives (SDR) or Senior SDRs. The ideal candidates will have 1 to 5 years of experience with a proven track record in selling SAAS or B2B Tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, to generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our SAAS or B2B Tech solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SAAS or B2B Tech.
- Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
