Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by follow-ups on initial contacts and nurture long-term prospects
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Share insights and feedback from client interactions to help refine sales tactics and product development
- Maintain a well-organized, updated pipeline of prospects and current clients in CRM and other prospecting tools
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in SaaS outbound sales in North America market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Proficiency in CRM, prospecting software
- Familiarity with different outbound sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in the US time zone
