This role is for India Market Customers
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and engage with potential customers.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research to gather information about prospects and understand their pain points.
- Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through multiple touchpoints to educate them about our value proposition and build relationships. Understand their challenges and needs to position company as a solution.
- CRM Hygiene Management: Enter accurate and up-to-date information about leads, activities, and interactions into the CRM. Track progress and update sales opportunities accordingly.
- Deal Closure Push: Partner with sales to navigate through the internal red tape of the prospect and build multiple champions to bring the deal home.
- Tools Expertise: Hubspot, MailChimp, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and other ABM-Outbound Tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated results-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes.
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS in the inside sales function/SDR.
- Experience of having worked in the India market .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects effectively. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in selling SAAS products.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools is considered a plus.
