Sales Development Representative - CSR(HR TECH Sales)
- The role can be based out of Bangalore/Remote, India.
- Our Ideal candidate is highly motivated, collaborative, and an opportunity mapper with a passion for value proposition. The candidate should be ready to handle a high-velocity business in the US region FOR CSR.
- Please be aware that the market you will be selling into in this position currently will be the US. So you are expected to work during US EST hours.
Key Deliverables :
- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
- Tee up leads that will turn into a business through persistence.
- Have demonstrated heavy cold calling volume
- Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity, and the needs of prospects
- Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Great listener and quick thinker with an inquisitive nature.
- Experience using any CRM is preferred.

- Minimum 2+ years prior sales experience in a SAAS-based organization.
