About the Role:
- We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative with proven experience in the SMB SaaS space targeting the US market.
- This role is based in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work in US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads
- Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers within the US SMB market
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and support the sales process
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and provide performance reports
- Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for Fincent's solutions
- Partner with marketing teams to align messaging and lead-generation strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments scheduled
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, specifically targeting US clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in US time zones
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
