Role Overview:

- Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a fast-paced B2B startup environment.

- Goal: Drive company growth by generating leads and initiating the sales funnel, focusing on the US market.

- Function: Identify potential customers (primarily engineering leaders/managers), engage via cold calling and email, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Location: Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling: Confidently initiate cold calls to generate leads and set up meetings.


- US Market Focus: Understand and effectively navigate the US market, client needs, and business culture.

- Relationship Building: Identify, contact, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, especially engineering leaders.

- Technology Use: Employ cutting-edge sales tools and methodologies for outreach and lead management.

- Email Outreach: Master professional and persuasive email communication for outreach and follow-up.

- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas to drive revenue growth.

Required Skills (Pre-requisites):

- B2B Sales Understanding: Strong grasp of B2B sales processes and startup dynamics.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Results-Driven: Proven ability or strong drive to meet/exceed sales targets ("Quota-Crushing Mindset").

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM and sales platforms; interest in innovative tools.

- Email Expertise: Skilled in crafting persuasive, targeted email campaigns.

- Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport with executives and decision-makers.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

- US Market Experience: Proven experience working with or targeting clients in the US.
