About the Position :
Job Title : Sales Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Distribution RTM Specialist with expertise in creating & standardizing MIS, having acumen for digitalization to join our dynamic team.
The incumbent will be responsible for shaping up decision-making for RTM/GTM, creating annual operating plans, performance analysis for the channel influencing channel health & directionally influencing the sales force/RSO effectiveness & efficiency through Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and managing the creation of Power BI dashboards based on Distribution KPIs ensuring the business leverages Power BI for insightful analytics.
The role will also focus on SFA implementation adoption & adherence, as well as driving enrollment and activation initiatives.
The incumbent will help India Business to increase its market share, help improvise infrastructure for existing ones, building strong relationships with key stakeholders & peers through exhibiting Company values of Care, Curiosity, Collaboration & Courage while developing Business alongside developing self & others.
Responsibilities :
- Creation of annual operating plan, Target setting for various initiatives based on organizational objectives for the top line, Bottom line, hygiene parameters & structural changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitize sales processes & develop targeted campaigns and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Influence the transition of the RSO to SFA and lead the implementation of SFA tools to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity, enhance coverage, and productivity.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Power BI dashboard & enable Monthly/Quarterly/ Annual Review structure and timely reporting.
- Generate regular reports, and analyze sales performance, market trends, and other relevant KPIs to support strategic decision-making, identify Gaps & opportunities for improvement in RTM /GTM/Distribution and develop actionable insights for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize sales and operational data effectively.
- Plan and execute enrollment and activation drives to onboard new customers and increase engagement.
KPI Measurements :
Sales Performance Metrics:
- Distributor Health & ROI improvements - Channel Optimization, Profiling actions, DB Scorecard.
- Distributor appointment Pipeline Tracking for New Dbs.
RSO & SFA Effectiveness :
- Improvement in RSO productivity and efficiency.
- Adoption rate and utilization of SFA tools among sales teams.
- RSO Performance Improvement on enrollment drives.
Power BI Analytics :
- Quality and relevance of insights derived from Power BI dashboards.
- Effectiveness of data visualization in driving decision-making.
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS & Power BI Reports.
Competencies :
- Expertise in sales & Distribution methodologies and retail sales optimization techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Power BI to derive actionable insights. Good understanding of database management and SAP, SQL query language to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information. Commitment to maintaining data integrity and security in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
