- Responsible for Systems & Processes development for long term growth
- Setting up sales infrastructure for sustainable growth
- Trade/retail support for all brand-related initiatives and in-market, point-of-purchase needs
- Customizing promotion plans for key accounts to enable sales and boost brand visibility in-store
- Trade promotions (for mass market and institutions) for existing and new products
- End-to-end responsibility of point-of-purchase display/dispensing solutions – generic to the mass market, as well as customized for specific accounts
- Developed countertop units, later adapted by competition
- Supporting Marketing with on-ground activation on the brand
- Conceptualizing and developing selling tools and training materials for frontline sales teams
