Designation - Sales Development Manager-Mumbai (West)
Job Location -Mumbai (West)
Reporting to - GM - Sales
Based at Mumbai and may require to travel to different locations. Some of the key responsibilities will include
- Execution and delivery of projects related to sales distribution across the Region. This would include:- Process Quality, Loyalty programs, Business analytics, competition tracking, Business communication, Sales Development, MIS & Strategies.
- Organizing Product launches and New Product launch distribution planning,New town development, Area Expansion
- Channel distribution objectives- Channel Management, Channel partner management, Channel development initiatives and New channel development.
- Conceptualization and implementation of retailer / stockiest or any other loyalty program
- Improving visibility and developing counter-competitive strategies and coordinating with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure above. Budgetary Control and coordination with Finance Teams.
- Selecting and appointing distributors for enhancing the revenue, Designing schemes for dealers, supplier, and promoters to promote the product
Requirement :
- MBA (Full Time)/ Equivalent
- Hands-on experience of minimum 8 years into sales. At least 5 years exp. into Sales Development
- Candidate must be from the good FMCG company.
