Job Purpose:
The position, a regional role is responsible for end-to-end driving of key sales development initiatives in the entire country for the business.
Responsibility:
1) Handling all sales development activities for the entire, like
- Own the Wipro Star outlet program to drive targets across regions
- Own the Wipro Wholesale Loyalty program
- Drive all distribution networking activities
- Drive all technology initiatives in the sales function
- Initiate activities on distributor expansion
- Monitor the productivity norms and design programs to improve them
- New Channel development initiatives
- Design Go-to market strategy for key brands
Skills/Qualifications:
- MBA from a premier institute
- 3-4 years of experience in FMCG firms, most of this experience being as an ASM
