Designation - Sales Development Manager
Experience : - Hands-on experience of minimum 8 years into field sales. At least 5 years exp. into Sales Development
Qualification: -MBA (Full Time)/ Equivalent
Preferred Industry :- Candidate must be from the good FMCG (Food & Non Food) company
Job Location - Gurgaon
Role & Responsibility :
This is a PAN India role, based in corporate office ,Gurgaon and may require to travel to different locations. Some of the key responsibilities will include
1-Execution and delivery of projects related to sales distribution across the Zones. This would include:- Process Quality, Loyalty programs, Business analytics, competition tracking, Business communication, Sales Development, MIS & Strategies.
2-Organizing Product launches and New Product launch distribution planning,New town development, Area Expansion
3-Channel distribution objectives- Channel Management, Channel partner management, Channel development initiatives and New channel development.
4-Conceptualization and implementation of retailer / stockiest or any other loyalty program
5- Improving visibility and developing counter-competitive strategies and coordinating with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure above. Budgetary Control and coordination with Finance Teams.
6-Selecting and appointing distributors for enhancing the revenue, Designing schemes for dealers, supplier, and promoters to promote the product
