Position Title: Sales Development Manager
Location: Mumbai
Client – Leading Client of New Era India
Profile
- Develop and facilitate a high quality sales system including assisting recruiting, training and developing the distributor network in the concerned Zone
- Develop new urban centres for launching our products in line with the Corporate strategy
- Formulate Sales plans, set targets – both short and long term, and design and implement the strategies for achieving the same. Would have to achieve/exceed agreed upon sales objectives
- A key mandate of this position would be to motivate and inspire the distributor network in the Zone to proactively promote the unique opportunity it offers as an empowerment led organization
- Strong focus on customer services will be an important factor
- Focus on product visibility & shelf presence standards & monitoring thereof.
- Monitoring signage in on & off trade – requirements, standards & quality
- Design Promotions periodically in the Zone
- Design Incentive programs for Staff of the Distributor.
- Evaluate channel opportunity in the Zone for developing company’s business schemes.
- Would have to focus on demand generation activities to enhance sales and distributor reach
- Implement the process orientation of Sales Operations in the Zone and help in institutionalising reporting.
- This position would report to Zonal head with functional reporting to Sales Development Head - All India and be based at Zonal head quarter
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA Premier B School pass out (01 – 05) batch only
- Only from FMCG Industry
