About our Client: Our client is a leading FMCG player with a huge range of well know brands. They are leaders within the category and have a big consumer base. The working culture is friendly and diverse giving a great prospect to grow within the company. They are looking for a Sales development manager to lead and design the training program.
Job Description: Reporting to the National sales manager, you will be responsible for:
- Drive the development, implementation and monitoring of the sales development plan.
- Design and deliver programs based on both the business and the individual's needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to establish a systemic approach.
- Assist in identifying, qualifying and transferring target accounts to the sales team to generate revenue.
- Continuously manage the performance and development of team through proper coaching, development and general direction.
The Successful Candidate:
- You must have minimum of 5 years of developing sales capability programs and should hold an MBA degree from a premium B school.
- Ideal candidate needs to have a good understanding of FMCG/Telecom industry with the capability to manage teams and communicate effectively.
