Candidate from 11 & 12 batch should be MBA with Sales background as ASM and from 13 batch should be from trade marketing back ground only
Candidate should be from FMCG industry only

Responsibility:
- Handling all sales development activities for the entire Gujarat
- Own the Star outlet program to drive targets across regions
- Own the Wholesale Loyalty program
- Drive all distribution networking activities
- Drive all technology initiatives in the sales function
- Initiate activities on distributor expansion
- Monitor the productivity norms and design programs to improve them
- New Channel development initiatives
- Design Go-to market strategy for key brands
